How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you bought (course access, community membership, emails you asked for), to support you, and to tell you about KWB Pro offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects access you've paid for.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our operations (payment processing, email delivery, community platform, CRM) — each bound to use it only to provide their service.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting). Email us via the Contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.
